The 30-hr program for all ages if you choose, required for students under 18 who have not passed the driver's  Education course. 

The 8-hr program for students 18 and over, and for students under 18 who have complete and passed the driver's education course and can provide proof of a certificate.

Note: If student is under 18, you must have already completed the 30hr driver's education course with a certificate of proof.
